Quality Control
We Rajas Enterprises (India) maintain very high quality standards in our production facility for our Products. Our quality Control start From the procurement of our raw materials we are very selective and we buy the tubes from best Companies of the world like Nippro Glass USA, Nippon Glass Japan, Simex etc.

Before using each tube length check by our staff visually and with machine for and deformities. After cutting the tube on Gas cutting machine with very fine and selective way the process begin for manufacturing of different product.

Each and every product including laboratory Glassware, Laboratory Condensers etc. cross the channel of QC with different machines and visual check of various expert staff. After furnace to check anniling it go through by anniling machine, to ensure best product and high quality of product we also check similar wall thickness of product and we use Wall Thickness machine which allow us to maintain wall thickness of the product as per required standard from top to Bottom.

There are many other various instruments to check the height, Dia and Neck size accuracy which we use in our QC to ensure best of product.
